Recently, I took a trip to Augsburg. In the city centre, I looked at some of the objects of Augsburg’s water management (Unesco World Heritage), or at least tried to. Some places were difficult to find (report to follow).
But on my route and in the „Fuggerei“, which is the oldest social settlement in the world, I discovered some magnificent doors.
This is for Dan Antions’s terrific Thursday Doors Challenge.

Doors in Augsburg/Bavaria was first published at Wanderlustig.

These are all so beautiful. Whenever I travel, I love photographing beautiful doors as it can be a fun and rewarding photographic endeavour, offering opportunities for creative composition and capturing unique details and stories. Thanks for sharing, and have a good day 🙂 AIiva xx

Wonderful doors. Old wooden doors that have survived so long, are a pleasure to see.

Unbedingt! Zum UNESCO Welterbepfad sollte man sich einen GPS Track herunterladen. Und danke für das Kompliment.
